By accessing and using Daily Office Tools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Daily Office Tools productivity suite.

Daily Office Tools provides a comprehensive suite of productivity tools including:

• Image editing and conversion utilities
• Document conversion and formatting services
• Data processing and CSV manipulation tools
• Security tools for encryption and password generation
• Developer utilities and code formatting tools
• Design tools for graphics and visual content
• Text processing and formatting utilities
• QR code generation and scanning tools
• Web development utilities and validators

Note: Our tools are designed to work primarily in your browser for enhanced privacy and security. Some advanced features may require server-side processing, but all files are processed securely and deleted immediately after use.

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious, copyrighted, or inappropriate content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our services

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

• Files uploaded are processed temporarily and deleted after processing
• We do not store or access the content of your documents
• Account information is stored securely and used only as described in our Privacy Policy

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Processing limits may apply to prevent abuse

In no event shall Smart Office Kit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
